We do not allow the following aggressive breeds/mixes at our communities, including, but not limited to Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bulls (Also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Bull Terrier). We generally welcome any pets you'd find at your local pet store to join you in your home. Any animals that aren't cats or dogs need to stay in a cage or tank. Aquarium tanks over 50 gallons are prohibited, and non-domestic animals are not allowed. Note: Registered service and assistance animals are not subject to the same restrictions under our pet policies.
